Terms of Service
Last updated 23 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of NavAstro. By using the site you agree to them.
The service
NavAstro calculates Vedic astrology charts and provides AI-generated astrological readings. Readings describe symbolic tendencies, not facts or certainties, and are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice. Make important decisions with your own judgment and, where appropriate, a qualified professional.
Readings are produced by an AI model and may contain errors.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Wallet and pricing
- Questions to the AI astrologer are charged from your prepaid wallet; the current price is ₹10 per question and is shown before you ask.
- New accounts may receive free promotional credit. Free credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be withdrawn if misused (for example, multiple accounts).
- If an answer fails to arrive, the charge for that question is refunded to your wallet automatically.
- Refunds of paid recharges are covered by the refund policy.
- We may change prices; changes apply only to questions asked after the change.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping or bulk requests, no attempts to break security or limits, no unlawful or abusive content, and no reading of another person's chart without a lawful reason.
Intellectual property
The site, its design and software belong to us. You may keep and share your own readings and printed Kundli for personal use.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on readings, or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time by writing to aditya@navastro.in.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered place of business have jurisdiction.
