Shipping and Delivery Policy

Digital service only

NavAstro provides online astrology calculators and AI astrology answers. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

How purchases are delivered

• Wallet recharge: the credit is added to your NavAstro wallet as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, normally within a few seconds. You can see it on your wallet page and in your wallet history.
• AI astrologer answers: each answer appears on screen in your chat, usually within a minute of asking, and stays in your chat history.
• Free calculators: results are shown on the page straight away.

If credit doesn't arrive

If your payment succeeded but the credit hasn't appeared within 30 minutes, write to aditya@navastro.in with the Razorpay payment reference from your receipt. We will add the credit or refund the payment within 5–7 business days; see payment help and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Where the service is available

The free calculators can be used from anywhere. An account, needed for the AI astrologer and the wallet, requires an Indian mobile number. Payments are accepted in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Prices are listed on the pricing page.
